The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to interact with callers and collect information. Users acknowledge that the AI is a digital assistant, not a licensed automotive technician, adjuster, or legal representative of the shop. Final Authority: All information captured—including damage descriptions, vehicle details, and estimate requests—is for informational purposes only. The shop owner is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of this data and providing final, authorized estimates to the customer.SMS Consent & MMS Data
SMS Communication & Media: By providing verbal consent to our digital assistant or by initiating a text message to our system, you agree to receive functional SMS/MMS messages related to your inquiry. When you send photos or media to the Service, you grant Aero Systems Design LLC and the associated business owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, view, and transmit that media for the purpose of providing an estimate.Operational Messages
Messages sent by the service are non-promotional, event-triggered, and intended for operational and informational purposes only (for example, missed call or after-hours call alerts).Opt-Out
Recipients may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, recipients may reply HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.No Guarantees or Warranties
Aero Systems Design LLC does not guarantee bookings, appointments, revenue, customer conversions, or business outcomes of any kind. The service is provided for operational and informational purposes only. Results may vary and depend on factors outside of our control. Technical Limitations: Aero Systems Design LLC is not responsible for the failure of SMS/MMS delivery due to carrier filtering, hardware issues, or lack of signal. Users acknowledge that image quality may be degraded by mobile carrier compression and that Aero Systems Design LLC is not responsible for the clarity or legibility of transmitted photos.Use of the Service
You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for how you use the information provided by the service.Limitation of Liability
